EXTENDED RETURN PERIOD ON CHRISTMAS GIFTS

Please note: for orders received in November and December our returns policy is revised - we extend the allowed return period until 15th January for goods bought as Christmas gifts. 
All other TERMS AND CONDITIONS still apply. Goods must be unused and in their manufacturers' packaging so suitable for resale.

Cancellations: Under the Distance Selling Regulations orders can be cancelled (the customer can withdraw from the contract) for up to fourteen days from the day the ordered goods are received buy the buyer. Cancellations must be notified in writing, by email or post, and any goods not dispatched prior to or with the cancellation should be posted back or returned within a further 14 day period.  A full refund of the original payment will be made on cancelled orders including any standard shipping cost. The refund will be applied within 14 days of the goods being received back at SwiSh in unused condition.

UK customers can contact SwiSh for a postage paid returns label. Print and attach to your return parcel and take to the Post Office. The Post Office will provide you with a proof of posting.

Any other return postage cost is the Buyer's responsibility and is not refundable unless the goods are faulty and return is made within 30 days of receipt of goods (see Faulty goods - below). For your own protection, please obtain a receipt of posting.

New Goods not as required: If you are not completely satisfied with your order when received, you can cancel the order (see above) or return for exchange or refund. If returning for exchange or refund, please send back within 21 days of receiving them stating your order number and whether you require an exchange or refund. A postage paid return label is available for UK returns, please contact us to request one. Refunds will be made to the value of the returned goods, any postage costs incurred are not refundable. Returned goods must be UNUSED and in their original packaging so they are suitable for resale for a full refund to be applied. For your own protection, please obtain a receipt of posting.

Faulty Goods:

If you believe there is a fault with a product either on receipt of your order or under our terms and conditions of sale, please contact us in the first instance giving the nature of the suspected fault. Corrective action will be agreed depending on the nature of the fault, whether inspection or return to the supplier is necessary and whether the fault was present on receipt of the product or after a period of use. If it is necessary to return a reported faulty item, please ensure you follow the instructions given, as a minimum stating your order number and the nature and location of the fault. A post paid returns label will be provided for items agreed to be faulty within 30 days of receipt and (depending on the circumstance for up to 6 months. Otherwise please return to the address below and, for your own protection, please obtain a receipt of posting.
